At Finders Keepers Furniture, we want you to love your home's narrative, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are exempt from our standard return policy.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with a prepaid shipping label.
Pack with Care
Securely pack the furniture or decor in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a standard 15% restocking fee.
